Life Abroad.

Welcome to my page. If you have found your way here, you may be going through one of life’s transitions.

Perhaps you have recently moved to a new country. Perhaps you are trying to build a sense of home in a place that still feels unfamiliar. Or you find yourself caught between cultures, identities, expectations, or different versions of yourself.

Whatever brings you here, you do not have to face it alone.

Find meaning, belonging, and direction, wherever life takes you

Living abroad can be enriching, inspiring, and full of opportunity. It can also bring moments of uncertainty, loneliness, self-doubt, or a sense of not quite belonging anywhere.

Adapting to a new country is about more than learning how to navigate a new culture. It can also reshape the way you see yourself, your relationships, your sense of belonging, and meaning of your life.

I offer a supportive and reflective space where we can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and work towards a life that feels fulfilling, authentic, and aligned with who you are.

Questions Many Expats Ask

Your Wellbeing

Many internationals find themselves asking questions such as:

Why do I feel disconnected, even though everything seems fine?

Why am I struggling
to feel at home?

Have I changed since moving abroad?

Where do
I belong now?

How do I balance different cultures, expectations, and versions of myself?

These experiences are common, yet often difficult to talk about.

At Good Space, I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, reflect, and better understand what lies beneath the surface.

Your Life.
Your Values. Your Story.

I believe that people are more than their difficulties. We all carry strengths, values, experiences, and stories that can help us move forward, even during uncertain periods of life.

Together, we explore not only the challenges you are facing, but also the resources, perspectives, and possibilities that may already exist within your experience.

We work towards understanding what matters, what is possible, and how you would like the next chapter of your story to unfold.

Why This Work
Matters to Me

Migration is far more than a geographical transition.

It is often a psychological one.

Living between cultures can reshape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and understand where we belong. This is a subject I know both personally and professionally.

Having lived abroad myself, I understand many of the opportunities, uncertainties, and emotional complexities that can accompany life in a different cultural environment.

Today, I work with international clients as a psychologist and continue to explore questions of migration, identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation through my academic interests and research.

This combination of personal experience, professional practice, and ongoing curiosity allows me to approach each person’s story with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
